 Welcome to Acme Janitor Services
Acme Janitor Service Ltd. has been serving the Prince George area since 1964. The company has grown over the decades and now features three divisions that now provide total building and parking lot maintenance.
We provide our services to a variety of clients in both the public and private sectors. Our clientele includes shopping centers, commercial businesses, contractors, mills, apartments, management companies and residences. If there is a cleaning or maintenance project of any scope, we are well positioned to respond at any time of the day or night and provide service that exceeds expectations.
Our company has a minimum of fifty employees and this number grows depending on our contracts. All our employees are trained to consistently provide high quality service.
Our Qualifications
Our management philosophy centers on providing quality services in the most cost effective manner possible. The management team is able to quickly respond to emerging issues while creating an environment where sharing of knowledge and experience occur on a daily basis. Each division has a manager and supervisor who direct each job but continue to work in conjunction with each other and staff.
Quality is at the heart of our business and as such we ensure the effective delivery of a Quality Assurance Program. Our employees are trained as to the necessity of compiling information in our logbooks, noting deficiencies and problems but more importantly focusing on solutions. Logbooks are reviewed on a daily basis with the logs, assigning actions as required, and signing off on those actions. This assurance program ensures quick resolution of problems while also clearly communicating with both senior management and the client. Our team wears uniforms that clearly marked indication their name and who they work for. This assists with security issues and individual accountability.
We understand that the scope of a job can change dramatically depending on any number of unforeseen circumstances so we have established a management structure and philosophy that allows us to prioritize and respond quickly as expanded services are required.
