Parking Lot Services
The Parking Lot Maintenance Division of our company has up to 40 employees during peak seasons and provides the following services:
Winter Service
Our winter service consists of snow removal and sanding of parking lots and roads, hand shoveling and de-icing of sidewalks.
Our fleet consists of:
- 4 - Sand Trucks
- 3 - Plow Trucks
- 24 - Loaders with Snow Blades or Buckets
- 4 - Bobcat Skid Steer Loaders
- Hand Shovellers, Haul Trucks, ect.
Summer Service
Our Summer service consists of parking lot sweeping, litter pickup, graffiti removal, pressure washing, parking lot line painting, asphalt sealing,
hot pour crack sealing and asphalt repair.
Our summer maintenance fleet consists of:
- 5 - Parking Lot Sweepers
- 4 - Street Sweepers
- 4 - Line Painters
- 1 - Center Line Machine
- 1 - Compressor
- 1 - Hot Pour Crack Seal Unit
- 1 - Hot Pressure Washer
- 1 - Bucket Truck
- 1 - Water Truck
